Delete your Amingoes account
You can ask us to delete your Amingoes account and the data linked to it at any time. Send the request from here, or email hello@amingoes.com from the address you sign in with.
TODO(app): deleting the account from inside the app is not available yet. When it ships, describe the in-app path here (for example Profile, then Settings, then Delete account), and check that the lists below match what the deletion job actually removes and keeps.
Request deletion
Enter the email address of your Amingoes account (the one you use with Google or Apple sign-in). We'll email you to confirm it's you before deleting anything.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, photos, bio, date of birth, gender, birth details and zodiac signs.
- Your sign-in links (Google / Apple), device and notification tokens.
- Your stored location, verification badge, follows, blocks and settings.
- Plans you host are cancelled; your messages are removed from chats and shown as deleted to other members.
What we keep
- Coin and payment records (amounts, dates, provider transaction IDs), anonymised so they no longer identify you, because accounting and tax law require them.
- Reports and moderation records that involve your account, for as long as needed to keep the community safe.

How long it takes
We confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within TODO(legal): number of days. See the Privacy policy for more about your data.
